Compact at 80mm x 25mm (3.14" x 0.98"), the faceplate requires a 14mm (0.55") minimum cavity depth and suits doors 32mm thick and above. Two self-tapping screws are included for a secure fit.The Maximus Entry Pull is designed for internal or external doors between 35-55mm thick. Two sets of shoulder screws are provided: • 40mm screws suit 35mm doors • 70mm screws suit doors up to 55mm thick For doors in between sizes, the screws can be trimmed in length to suit. Note for glass doors: Installation components such as rubber insert washers and any specialised fixings are not supplied. Please source these from a specialist hardware supplier before installation.

INSTALLATION STEPS 1. Prepare the Handles The Maximus Entry Pull comes pre-assembled. Start by unscrewing the grub screws and shoulder screws to separate the two handle halves. 2. Mark Handle Position Determine the desired handle height and alignment using a spirit level. Mark the vertical and horizontal position on the door face. 3. Mark Screw Hole Centres Mark the two screw hole centres exactly 190mm apart (centre-to-centre). • Ensure both holes are the same distance from the vertical edge of the door to maintain alignment. 4. Repeat on Opposite Side Repeat Step 2 on the other side of the door, ensuring markings align perfectly with the first side. 5. Drill Mounting Holes Drill an 8mm hole through the door face. • Tip: When drilling, it’s recommended to drill halfway through from one side and then complete the hole from the opposite side. 6. Install First Handle Half Hold the handle half without grub screw fixings firmly against the door, making sure the longest edge of the handle is positioned towards the edge of the door. Insert the shoulder screws though the holes and into the handle. Do not overtighten. 7. Attach Second Handle Half Slide the handle half with grub screw fixings over the exposed screw heads on the opposite side. 8. Secure with Grub Screws Insert the two grub screws into the pre-threaded holes on the underside of the horizontal bars and tighten using a hex key.
