How Do I Purchase Custom Pieces?
Our custom furniture cannot be purchased through our online store due to the various customizable options used in designing your perfect piece. This process must be done in person at our retail store or over the phone. This is to ensure our client is 100% satisfied the piece.
What Is Your Return Policy?
Custom pieces are made specifically for each order, therefore, there's no returns.
For ready-made pieces, a full refund requires the product to be returned within 14 days from delivery date and in original packaging. For store credit, the product to be returned within 30 days from delivery date and in original packaging.
Will You Deliver To My House?
Yes we will deliver, we also offer a white glove service.
White glove service is available in most areas and includes unpacking, assembly of Furniture ONLY (Excluding any items requiring home installation) and removal of debris.
Your order will ship when all items in your order are available for delivery. Items are delivered to your home by appointment to your room of choice. They then will be unpacked and assembled.
